The Generic STEB A3 is a tamper-evident security bag designed for the secure transport of duty-free liquids, restricted items, and sensitive goods in regulated environments. It helps users protect contents and clearly detect any attempt at tampering during handling, storage, or transit.
The Tamper-Evident Bags (TE Bags) are constructed from high-impact recyclable plastic materials. This gives the bag strong durability while allowing it to withstand rough handling. At the same time, the material clearly shows any interference, making tampering easy to identify.
The bags include self-adhesive sealing strips with printed edge instructions. Users follow these markings to seal the bag correctly and reduce the risk of improper closure or deliberate damage. Once sealed, the closure shows visible evidence if anyone tries to open it.
Each bag includes irreversible identifiers printed directly on the surface. These include a name, logo, barcode, serial number, and QR code. A matching receipt supports identification and tracking, improving traceability across security and retail operations.
A matte white panel on the bag allows for handwritten information. Users can write details using standard ballpoint pens or permanent markers. This supports flexible labelling when required.
The A3 size measures 330mm x 455mm plus a 30mm top seal, with a thickness of 60µ. This larger format suits bulkier duty-free items and multiple packaged goods. It provides extra space while maintaining secure closure and tamper protection.
An innovative breathable TE Bag option supports specialised applications, including biological sample collection and storage. This design helps reduce conditions that encourage microorganism growth.
The bags also include security tape resistance to heat, cold, saliva, and solvents. An optional invisible UV ink feature adds extra anti-counterfeit protection.
