Our Woven Dunnage Bags are designed to provide superior load securing during transportation, preventing cargo movement and damage inside containers, railcars, and trucks. Made from high-strength woven polypropylene, these bags offer exceptional durability and performance in demanding shipping environments.
Based on specific parameters (weight and size of the goods, transport mode etc) we can recommend the optimum and most cost effective bag size for your shipment.
The dunnage bags consist of inner extruded PE liner which is inflated by compressed air while the outer layer of woven PP provided additional strength and protection.
The specially developed self-closing valve of the dunnage provides a fast, simple and safe inflation method.
Our cargo-securing experience has enabled us to design an optimal fast-filling valve. Combined with the mega flow Venturi inflator this increases air-fill efficiency by 30-40%. The Mega Flow inflator uses a combination of compressed air and additional ‘outside’ air is sucked in. Alternatively the dunnage bags can be inflated using our handheld battery powered portable inflator.
